Description
Head end shield for GE Healthcare Elegance tables
This lower body shield substantially reduces exposure to scatter radiation emanating from the carbon fibre table or patient’s body, with each of the three sections carrying a flexible 0.5mm lead equivalent curtain.
- The central section slides on to the supplied carbon fibre top adaption bracket.
- The pivotal side wings can be formed around the user, extended along the table or folded neatly away according to preference. Each can be quickly and easily switched to the opposite side of the table.
- Each side wing can be easily moved to allow full C-arm movement.
- Three lightweight lift-off top shields (23 cm high x 29 cm wide).
- Shield size: width 119 cm x 60 cm high (83 cm high including tops).
- Shield weight (excluding table adaption bracket): approximately 13.2 kg.
- The shield, 3 x tops, and carbon fibre top adaption bracket easily attach to a bespoke wall rack thereby allowing convenient storage using minimal wall space.
